Return & Refund Policy

At Spineless Reads, we want every order to arrive safe and sound. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to help. Please review the details below.

Returns
We accept returns only for items damaged in shipping and process all requests on a case-by-case basis. Return requests must be submitted within 5 days of receiving the shipment or within 14 days of placing the order, whichever occurs first.

To request a return, please contact us at lucas@spinelessreads.com and include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the damaged item and packaging

Once we review your request, we will follow up with instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds
If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method only (the credit or debit card used for the purchase). Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear on your statement.
